Air India Express — Refund amount not received

Can you please help me get my refund amount for a cancelled flight? Air India Express say they have refunded the amount but I havent received it. I have send multiple emails to Air India express and they dont seem to respond.

If you need any further documents please let me know I am ready to share.

Dear Air India Express,

Nodal Officer/Appellate Department Can anyone help me out here ? This is ridiculous I have been continually following up from 2 months and there is no progress I still haven’t received my refund.
What is wrong ? I am afraid I am never going to ever travel on Air India express and will advise the same to my connections.

If I still don’t receive my refund my next approach will be to post this on the social media handles until someone RESPONSIBLE gets my attention before seeking for any legal guidance.

Kindly note that the ARN number is the only reference generated by the acquirer bank when the amount is charged/refunded to a card account through an online process. This is not an account to account transfer. Hence kindly provide the ARN details to your issuing bank, card department. They will be able to find the refund transaction.

If your bank is unable to find the same, Let them inform in writing if they still do not find the refund amount. We can take up the matter with our bank depending upon the written reply of your bank or you may raise dispute through your card issuing bank for the same refund transaction.
