I need to cancel my ticket with pnr: fuvrwb
Travel date - 14/07/2020
From tiruchirappalli trz to singapore sin

I tried roaming around chennai airport - no staffs,
Then i tried with my family members at trichy airport - no staffs,
No customer care services was also available.
Tried the below numbers several times

I need my refund which i am trying to cancel between 72hrs to 24hrs.
Please deduct inr3700+350 and refund my balance.
