Air India Express — staff harassment against a mother and a child against captain rizwan khaleel and cabin incharge seema and reema - ix744

My name is dr vidhya vinod, my baby (14 months old) and i travelled to kannur from sharjah on 16 march 12.30 pm - flight ix 744. My baby has been sick, i was flying home on a emergency without checked in baggages. I did travel with a cabin permissible stroller called yoyo (Which can be folded and it would look like a cabin baggage with a cover). I have always traveled with this stroller across the world. Yesterday when we arrived at the boarding gate it was almost 45 minutes before we were let in, i stood in the queue to be boarded all that time in the front as the baby was sick and to go and settle in quickly. Lady who checks into the flight asked me to board last as my seat is in row 2. I requested her to allow after the wheel chair passengers were let in as i don't want to go back to the end of the queue with the sick baby as i have been in the queue for 40 minutes or so and i proceeded to the plane.

Normally they allow babies and families to board the plane first. I requested her a few times to let me in. I have had stroller, baby, my handbag and baby bag so i didn't want to go back and wait again.
My first non adherence lead to various events. I was treated like a criminal upon reaching the plane.
Lady who was letting the passengers board the flight had then called in the ground staff via her walkie talkie/cordless phone and alerted everyone that there is a 'lady (I) coming who did not respect her words to board the aircraft last.
Later i apologized to the lady and crew in the plane too.

Air-hostess ordered my cabin baggage (Stroller) to be taken out then i pleaded not to do so as i need to go and it is a permissible cabin baggage. Airhostess then called the captain the great mr rizwan kaleel who then started to show off his authority and started to dictate his terms.
'you may traveled with this stroller but i refuse to accept in my flight'
'who are you to dis-obey the staff', 'i want to teach you a lesson'
I will make sure that you get your baggage last atleast you spend 2 hours in the airport' you cannot disobey my staff and have a pleasant journey' if your child is sick who asked you then fly for 4 hours' i don't care if this stroller is allowed or not you can't create your own rules' 'i will throw you and your baggage out '.

He then called on to the ground staff to take my stuff out of the plane. I was there pleading, requesting, explaining to every person, passengers who were boarding thought that i did some crime, they made me not to sit until the flight was about to take off.
This was a punishment given to me for standing in the queue for long and to have boarded the aircraft. My stroller was literally thrown out.

Although couple of ground staff tried to explain the air hostess that this is a permissible stroller in cabins but she didn't pay any heed nor the captain. Supervisory ground staff also asked me to just sort of shut up in my language 'malayalam' to give a note as to why my hand baggage is taken out? They treated me like a dog.

Great customer care provided by air india for boarding the flight with the baby. The lady with whom i disobeyed gave a smile for the punishment i was given. I was made all the time to wait near the kitchen,

Most of my onward journey i was crying for something i did nothing wrong. Upon reaching kannur my stroller came last with almost not in a usable condition as they may have loaded heavy stuff on it.
It came as a last piece and all the emergency i had to reach, the purpose of traveling without the checked in baggage was defeated.

Our own indian crew and captain didn't bother about the service,
