Air India Express — Very frequent delays in Air India flights | |||
In the last one month, me and my friends travelled by Air India flight three times.(Routes Goa-Chennai, Bangalore to Mumbai) All the three times, the flight was delayed. Goa to Chennai - 9th June 2016, 18th June 2016 One of my friend faced a 9 hour delay in flight from Bangalore to Mumbai on 20th June 2016. When he asked them, they said they will give full refund and told him book a new flight (which was very expensive last minute). They didn't give him a lounge to take rest in. Why should the customer spend so much money when it's the airlines fault? Was this information helpful? | |||
