Air India — I was insulted and stopped at 30a gate - claim for refund | |||
Dear complaint cell, Today i am supposed to travel by air india from delhi to vadodara on flight ai 0819 on date 30 aug 2019 at 17:50. I have cleared my security check and when i reached to gate at 30a, i was not allowed to enter in flight. Your executive said you need to carry complete a4 size print, though i have valid boarding pass. Kindly find it in attachment which shows security passed before the sufficient time. They said me to go back and take boarding pass from the office. I have soft copy of a4 size print. Normally, in other flights, we just need to bring boarding pass, not a4 size print. I have taken this type of print first time for air india, earlier i used to collect boarding pass from airport. I have paid the money and i have my identity card, i just don't have that a4 size print, still i have the boarding pass with security stamped on it. I have travelled many time with air india and going to become your potential frequent flyer for long journey for my business purpose. At that time, your executive behave with me extreme rudely in front of other passenger. I was treated like i have made a crime and they didn't assist me. They misguide me to go back to air india counter and security stopped me and said you need to come with air india staff.in between my flight was taken off. To reach vadodara for me, it was extremely important to me for my busines. Later on, your staff didn't help me any further and denied me to adjust in another flight, though i was ready to go at ahmedabad. I called customer care and from that place also, i didn't get any satisfactory answer. I have to book my ticket on 31 aug, 2019 in the early morning 5 am through indigo airlines which cost me 5480 rs, kindly find it in attachment. I have to suffer a lot due to such kind of shameful activity by air india staff which doesn't know even manner to speak with customer. I request you to reimburse me the extra booking cost 5480 rs, though this amount is very less as per my insult, inconvenience and harassment. I have registered complaint at airport, kindly find it in attachment. Register no-13909. Consider this mail with proper attention. Thanks.
