Hi Air India,
I have booked an Air India Ticket for my parents from priceline and below is the itenary -

Passenger Name -
Ram Ranjan Dey
Ruma Dey
Date of travel - 2nd May, 2022
Origin - Kolkata
Destination - Chicago
Now it seems my mother surname is De as per passport but not sure how the last name came as Dey in the ticket.They are very aged and they have to travel due to my Dad's health condition. I have called the customer care in all department for the help so that they can atleast board the flight but I am getting mix of responce.My parents are very worried for this and needs some help to board the flight. Now suddenly I am seeing my dad's name has been removed from PNR and generated a new PNR where as nobody requested so this is a big harrasement for customer to follow-up and get it corrected as the passenger are vey aged and nobody to help them.I would request air india if they can accommodate this type request to correct 1 letter in surname as this can happen by any human.
