Air India — low efficient & rude duty managers and supervisors | |||
I was not allowed to board on my confirmed flight due to air india's overbooking. The flights duty manager/ supervisor. Mr gagandeep assured me a confirmed seat in another flight for which i waited for 9 hours in the airport after which i was rejected for next flight as well! The other supervisor mr. Ashish was soo rude iam surprised that he even works for hospitality industry. He doesn't fit here at all. They act as if we fly for free on their expenses. Air india really needs to train staffs on hospitality and customer service. I have not been given a hotel neither iam getting flight back home. It's really sad. Never travelling with this airlines ever again to any destination. I Iam pretty sure air india is not even going to consider reading these reviews from their passenger or ever going to work out in it. Was this information helpful? | |||
