Air India — luggage bag was broken | |||
I have taken a flight from from delhi to mumbai on 28.07.2019. At the time of collection of baggage, i found that one of my check-in baggage was broken. I went to the baggage service counter and registered a complaint under reference number bomai85548/28jul19/0802gmt. It was informed that in 2-3 days somebody will contact me for the damaged baggage but even after 25 days nobody has contacted me. I tried to call on provided numbers i. E[protected],[protected], 66858107 but my all calls went unanswered. I also sent a email to baggage service department - bomapt. [protected]@airindia.in on 13.08.2019 & to nodal officer at [protected]@airindia.in on 14.08.2019 but nobody responded to the same. Such a pathetic response was never expected from such a big airline. Now i feel that i have done a mistake by booking air india flight. Was this information helpful? | |||
