[Resolved]  Air India — Money debited but ticket not book

I have booked for tikit on 9th October 2021 for 16th nov 2021 from CCU to IXZ and money has been debited from google pay but I did not receive a ticket or a confirmation number. Just show THERE HAS BEEN AN ERROR WITH YOUR REQUEST P-0004 - Payment Authorization Failed. You now have about 5544 rs of my money but nothing in return. Customer Service lines are busy. PLEASE HELP!
I need my money back.
