Air India — No refund, waiting from last 9 month

Hello Team,

Surprisingly nobody got an answer about my refund, even both teams are on email.
Air India is saying talk to Agent(tripfur.com) and Agent is saying talk to Air India,
It is really a good example of Bad customer experience, even after 9 months.

Thank you for giving such a good customer experience,
I like to appreciate how you guys handle and put into a loop o[censored]nanswered mail.

Attaching the ticket again, if you have time for your customer, please go through it.

Air India Team please don't send a generic emails to your happy customer.
