Air India — paid seats were not given from chennai to muscat by ai 907 travel on 6th may

My family (Savithri kannan) and my son shashank kannan traveled on 6th may by ai 907 from chennai. Although i was holding tickets with paid seat numbers 4a and 4b counters denied same seats when boarding passing was issued. Despite my request seats were denied.

Flight delayed over 4 hours and no proper response from ai desk.
