Air India — Poor Booking service by Easemytrip
Yesterday I booked an INTL flight from xxxx to XXXXX through EaseMyTrip of AIR INDIA. I could not find the Insurance column on their page, so I called them upon their customer care no ie[protected] at 19.01 PM, which was not attended by anyone and lasted 4 min 0 sec. Later I got a message to rate their customer service agent on my phone to which I gave a very frank opinion .Later I got a message through Whatsapp to address the issue but they didn't have any option for my query and kept asking same questions options. Since I had already spent several hours trying to get the booking done I decided to go ahead with the booking because they are in habit of increasing the rates if anyone shows more interest in a particular flight.
Later i sent a mail to which they just washed their hands off.
Earlier also I had similar problem with them which I raised with them without relief.
Further, they recorded the wrong Expiry date of my Passport and incorrect mobile number which I am trying to change with Air India.
Sir, now i am writing to AIR INDIA/ DGCA to cancel their licence
Kindly advise the company to take care of their customers and improve their customer services and experiences.
