I have been double charged for airtickets by Airindia when I booked tickets online via web portal .I have contacted customer care many times, wrote to e-commerce and contact us and couple of mail IDs..also visited Airindia Kochi office in person .they advised to write to e-commerce team and they are not giving any response to mails .Kindly help me with refund as it is now delayed by 5 months .Case ID with Airindia is - Case ID: 07268372 Was this information helpful? Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jun 21, 2021 Updated by anjanajoshy .I have booked ticket via airindia online portal on Jan 5th and the ticket price is deducted twice from my credit card account .I have given copy of credit card statement as well as the ticket details to customer care ..Rs 30, 161 is the ticket cost Airindia charged Rs. 60, 322 from my account .
