Air India — Refund not received for 11 months now, for flight cancelled due to Covid 19
Refund not received for 11 months now for flight booked in Feb 2020, cancelled due to Covid-19. Ticket was made open in April and then cancelled in June 2020. Since then refund was not received at all.
I had booked Air India flight from Louisville (SDF) to Delhi via Chicago (under PNR - POCRKF) thru travel agent (Tripfur) using my Chase bank credit card.
Louisville to Chicago flight by United and Chicago to Delhi was by Air india.
Transaction was done on 13th Feb 2020 and posted on 16 Feb 2020 of $1132.45 as 'AIR INDIA LI[protected]'.
Flight was cancelled so ticket was made open but later cancelled on 9th June 2020.
Since then I am waiting for my refund but nothing has been received yet. Agent is saying that Air India is not refunding the amount.
