I have been reminding your office since May and have send them SEVEN REMINDERS but all in vain they do not even boyher to revert with a two liner reply to please look in the matter and revert immediately.

It is unfortunate that inspite of FIVE reminder no action, even a courtesy of reply is not done.
Kindly reply as of now we do not have any other alternative than to take the matter to CONSUMER COURT for redressal.
