Air India — refund request but no communication

I made an Air India booking on 26th of August 2019 from Sharjah via Air India Website. During my booking first time payment has been deducted from my HSBC card but ticket not generated and I got also deduction massage from bank. Afterwards I have tried 2nd time and it was successful with PNR Y0TWY .
Now bank is included both the payment of AED 5805 twice into my current statement as Air India claimed both the payments. So Bank can not help me without Air India instruction.
In last two weeks I made a several mails to eCommerce, almost one mail per day because there is no telephonic communication way from UAE. I have tried to call almost all numbers presented in Air India website but not successful to get the connection to eCommerce. After almost 10 days from booking ( 6th Sept) from eCommerce accepting about failed transaction (attached at the end below) and asking bank statement from my side. I have forwarded immediately and afterwards almost everyday I have sent one mail. I have tried to connect the Air India office in Sharjah and Dubai but they replied they also dont have any direct communication with eCommerce or Air India. So after 6th Sept there is no communication mail from eCommerce.
I dont know what should I do and I am feeling hopeless with Air India booking this time. Even I dont know I will get my money back or not. Please help me if possible. The email id used during the booking is [protected]@gmail.com. Thanking you.
