I booked my ticket through your portal my frequent flyer number is ai[protected] today i book my ticket online and payment is confirmed by my bank account and you have generated my pnr no z5mjf when i come at airport for checking i shocked that your ticket is not yet to be confirmed and is gone in to automatically cancellation mode you should buy the new ticket and your representative at amdabad airport booked my another ticket and charged for that one please refund me my booking amount under pnr no z5mjf without any delay. And also credit my points in my ff no ai[protected].
