Air India — Reminder 2nd Time - Delay of Refund though requested a long time back?

Still no response even lapse of about 40 days. My doubt is will Air-India have no survival if public money is refunded against cancellation of flights by Air-India itself?

Once again, i request you to kindly look into the issue and provide refund of Rs.2665/- by crediting the same into my Canara Bank Account.
