Air India — reserved seats are changed by ground staff purposefully by giving wrong guidance to senior citizens.

I have booked ticket for my parent in flight ix-684 on 9/05/2018 from madurai to singapore, and i have specifically booked the front row seat 1e &1f.

During on boarding in madurai, the ground staff told wrong information to my parents that the seats where booked in different rows for both and they will give the adjacent seats to you and they changed seat to row 20.

This is relay not acceptable as i have paid the special charges for the front row seats and your staffs given the wrong guidance to senior citizens and purposefully changed the seats. This is how you treat a senior citizens and provide the services to customers?

Could you please take action on this complaint and also refund the seat charges which i paid for.
