Hello,
I have flight on 9th December with Air India, which I am trying to reschedule. The option to reschedule is not available online hence, you to call their customer care.
Let me start by saying that you would have to wait hours and hours to get connected to agent first. Then, by some miracle you get connected and after choosing the correct option of rescheduling on IVR. They tell you that they do not have the rights to help you change it and they will transfer your call to their ticket team. I was kept on hold for 3 hours, still no resolution of issue. After multiple calls, When some how I requested to talk to supervisor. They disconnected the call.
This is absolute harassment. All this shenanigans, so that they can say they you didn't contacted them on time.
I literally call them 24 hrs before my flight but, still this is the way they treat you.
Air India is literally putting customer like me to mental and financial harassment.

Shame on you Air India.

The absence of such valid ticket of 13 digits gives a good reason to refuse to serve (to make changes in the reservation) by the staff of the air carrier.
