Air India — ticket not booked - refund to be initiated

Hi team,

I have tried to book a ticket with the reference pnr: h3tfb.

When i contact your customer care they have confirmed that ticket not booked and given the above said pnr number fo reference.

Below are the reference numbers related to failed ticket transaction.

Bank reference#[protected]

Below is the message received while booking.

Update: inr 11, 565.00 debited from a/c xx9494 on 22-mar-19. Info: upi-0103sl00ipay-billdeskpg. [protected]@icici[protected]collect-pay-request.

Kindly check and initiate the refund transaction at earliest.

in order to intiate a refund procedure, the author has a duty
1. To provide his own full particulars
2. To express claim in figures and in account.
3. To address the claim either
- to the bank (card issuer) or
- to the air carrier

at the site of
- the bank or
-the operator of the site which issued PNR h3tfb .

4. To wait till 15 days following 1st complaint on refund.
