I have not received the refund of my 3 tickets[protected],[protected] &[protected] that were cancelled last year on 30th November 2021 in my credit card account till date.
I had checked with Air India Abu Dhabi & as per the system they have informed me that the ticket money was refunded on the 6th of December 2021.
As the money was not credited to my credit card account I had sent email to my bank customer service center & they require the ARN number / confirmation email showing the refund date & amount as per the trailing email.
I have checked with Air India office Abu Dhabi & below is their reply. For your kind information I had send the attached email on 12th March 2022, but there was no reply from your side.
Kindly send me the ARN number & confirmation email showing the refund date & amount on my email address [protected]@emirates.net.ae so that I can forward it to my bank for further investigation. Was this information helpful? |
