Air Pegasus — Airfare refund for flight cancelled by the airline

I had tickets booked on Air Pegasus, but the airline cancelled their flights without any prior notice leaving us high and dry. Please refund the airfare

I tried t contact their customer care center, but the number does not work. I saw a message sometime that they will refund airfare by Sept end, but this has not happened.
