Air Pegasus — Pegasus is not refunding back my money for cancelled flight

I booked air pegasus tickets via makemytrip. Flight was cancelled by airline air pegasus. Makemytrip promised full refund as per the ticket contract, but never refunded the money. Now neither make my trip nor air pegasus is ready to return my money.
