Air Pegasus — Refund not given | |||||
I was supposed to return with my wife from Trivandrum to bangalore on 15th August 2016 via flight number OP 104 of Air Pegasus ( which I booked through Cleartrip). The airline cancelled the flight and when I called them for a refund they said that it would be directly sent to the Cleartrip and would reflect in 7 working days in my account. Post that day the customer service of Air Pegasus became not reachable. Now, I have been calling Cleartrip for the past 6 months for a refund and the answer that i get is that it has not been given by Air Pegasus yet. It seems that no one is bothered about my hard earned money. Please help me. The amount is more than 8000 rs Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have booked flight from cok to blr for[protected].And that flight got cancelled.
I have not received my refund money on flight cancellation.
I have created ticket(Ticket #421JF: [protected]) for this in airpegasus site but no replay.
If you can do anything more on my refund issue please let me know.
