Horrible state of affairs in the air state courier company.
I had booked a parcel on[protected] from mumbai to mysore. Till date it has not reached.
The website info and contact numbers are not updated.
After contacting the mumbai office i received a set of numbers to contact bangalore office. After calling bangalore office they said it has been sent to mysore and i was given a contact number. Upon calling that number they replied that they have not received my parcel yet.
Now nobody knows where the parcel actually is!
I'm not sure whether i'll receive the consignment or not.
