I was travelling from chennai to kolkata on 16/12/2019. I was carrying induction cooktop in my checked in baggage so asked for a fragile tag, he marked in the level in front of me, even after when open my bag after reaching home i found my induction was broken and it’s not working too. So i launched a complaint in there officials site with case no 28356825 on 18/12/2019 which the closed without informing me anything. Again i launched a complaint on 21/12/2019 with case no 28600507. But so far i haven’t received any communication from them.
