[Resolved] Aircel — 3g network unavailable | |||||
In our locality there is no 3G service for a month. we have complaint many times to the aircel authority and they responds that our issues will be resolved and after 48 hours of complaint they send us an sms that our issue has been resolved but actually the remains the same. if we try to complain again they rep;ly that our issue has been already resolved. we are recharging the our aircel numbers with min. Rs 399/month to get smooth and faster services but usually we are not getting so. in a year we have to complain more than 100 times about the network services & after complaining they increasing a little but after few day it becomes as earlier. we have to complain them in each 3 month to get the better services as well as to use our packs. our Validities of packs goes on without using our services. some times the customer cares assistants are not behaving good with us . not only 3g network is good but aslo 2 G network is not working properly. Calls are dropping frequently and the voice is not clear & is breaking at the time of calls. We are being Harassing by the Telecom companies like Aircel. They are not Fulfilling there Promises to there subscribers.
