[Resolved] Aircel — About Aircel customer care executive | |||
Dear member. I called & complaint for not getting unique code for port service. 2nd call I made for complaint about not getting complaint register no.during the call the executive said we have sent SMS but nothing I received. But I when I send SMS from network they deduct INR.1/sms. For this executive said that I'm lying and one of the other guy spoke bad word called "mairu". And asked to break the mobile. Excellent service by Aircel. I don't have any register no. For the complaint only by oral on call they said. I wanna complaint on the executive for speaking in such way.
