[Resolved]  Aircel — Activating automatically "Aircel limitless music" without concern and not refunding money.

Hi, I am Debjit Pal with mobile no-[protected] raising serious concern about Aircel service. On 6 th SEPT'14 Aircel Limitless Music service was activated from your end with out any concern. And for that within 5 mins I complained on 198 and it was said I will get my money (RS10 ) within 48 hrs; tough I have not got it till now. I am getting some call from some no like ([protected]) more than once per day and there is no sound when I pressed exit button(Red button) from my mobile it got disconnected with a msg that "Thanks for subscribing to Aircel Limitless Music at Rs 10 for 5 days...". though I did not give any response regarding that. It was happened previously and though I complained its still continuing. So all I want I want my money back and stop such nuisances further.

Hi i am a up east Aircel user mob no. [protected]. I Want to complaint that Aircel is looting it's coustmers. It activates many of the use less services like tiny tv, juice up, limitless music on its own, as per your account Balance if you have good account balance services with high amount gets acctivated. About a month ago i Recharged with 108 and got main balance of 115, after that Rs. 45, and 35 were deducted from my main account Balance even when i am very aware of Aircel befooling activity and i did not gave any consent to activate any sevice. Now i don't get main account Balance rather get minute packs so that my Balance does not get deducted. Even now limitless music pack have been activated and i daliy get message to Recharge my main account to activate this service. I tried to deactivate this pack by messaging but it shows no pack suscribed.will some action be taken against such fraud company and is there any option to prevent from getting suscribed to any of VAS I don't want any such useless service of Aircel

Hi, i am rajendra from odisha, my mobile number is [protected]. Aircel service is seriously disguising. They are frequently deducting money from my number. Before some day they deducted my money. When i called 198, they told me that there is no vas activated on my number. After that when i asked them about the reason they told me that there system is updating right then. So suggested me to call 4hr later. I did the same. And this time they put my call on hold. Even did n, t pick it up. I thought that it might be a mistake. So let it go. But the trap doesn't ends here. They keep messaging me to recharge so as need for renew of #limitless music (Some kind of vas). Then after recharge they again did the same. Deducted my money. Again this time i called 198. Again they told me the same. All the time there system is updating. And they acts like. I thought to deactivate it from my side. So i called 155223. But i didnt get any help from here. The system was saying that no vas has been activated on my number. Now again 2 days back they deducted my money. This time again the customer executive said the same, to call after 4 hour. I mean if if there is no vas on my number then why you people deducting my money. For you people i am even unable contact to my family, my friends. Each time i recharge my account you people keep deducting the money like as it is your owns. For that i amnot recharging my account since last 15 days. I know after recharging my account again they will cut the money.

I mean this is really disguising guys. I am using this number since 2 year. You aircel team, dont you have the decency to value for the customers money. If you cant help customer then why are you sitting over there telling yourself as customer support executive. Why dont you guys start begging instead of looting the customers. Your company ceo must be very proud of you people.

If my issue will not resolve asap, i am gonna through my simcard in the garbage as well as all of my friends also.
