Aircel — aircel customer service not responding

Sir,
Inspite of sending repeated mail request to give port code, i have not recieved single mail from aircel.
Such a bad customer service, the ppl in showroom said with in 24 hrs port code will be sent but itz been more than 24 hrs i have not received a single message from aircel.
The customer service is not responding either.
If this goes on will have to file case with aircel.
I need problem to be sloved at earliest as my business is suffered

I am holding aircel number for 10 yrs. I am not given the port change number as i need to change the network from aircel to another. I have tried contacting aircel chennai customer service but no response. I need to change the network service soon as my work is too badly effected. I am not getting signal nor able to contact customer support. I need to change it immediately.
I request you to kindly give me the port number so i can shift soon
