Aircel — Aircel deducted money from main balance without finish the internet balance during browsing internet

Dear sir,

Today on 1st may 2016 i have used internet at 9.01pm i have browse google map & suddenly i have disconnected the internet i have seen the session cost is rs.1.41 & volume usage is 2265k again i have connect to internet & suddenly disconnect, again also same session cost is rs.1.35 & volume usage is 84k.Even i have complained to your customer care he has told my internet balance is end at rs.8.50pm & two times they have disconnected my call.After that i have tried to call him again & again every time it was showing busy, 1st thing aircel have such a stupid & careless customer support executive they thing customer is fool he can't understand anything whatever they are doing there.Again i have checked my balance that is showing 1012mb at 9.12pm & again i have connect to internet & suddenly disconnect, again also same session cost is rs.0.30 & volume usage is 84k. This is too much...I am very dissattishfied with your service.Such a 3rd class & careless company aircel i have never seen in my life.Everytime the same uissue happening with me.What's the issu.Should i keep .25paisa in my number & do internet.

I have the the screenshot also with me as proof. Total rs.3.06 was deducted from my number in that three time internet use as i have mentioned previously even sufficient internet balance was there. I have not browse any vendor ad also if you want you can check from aircel site.I want my refund otherwise i will put the screenshots in social media & show everyone how aircel is cheating with customers. Even they have no proper software to track the internet deduction details from the main account balance.They are using low quality software such that the stupid customer care executive don’t get the actual internet balance present on a number.I will wait for further last 24hour to get resolution from your side. After that i will take action as per my wish. It is not the issue of only rs.3.06.It is the issue that nobody properly check their main balance aircel cheating this way from his customer & give service of rs.9.00 unlimited internet to a customer.If it was my fault then i will stay quite but this is the technical issue from the aircel site & not this time only previously also 2 times same thing happened & they are now not agree with their fault they provide me solution if in future this deduction again happen then they will. This fraudulent activity everyone should know who want to buy aircel sim for internet or those are using aircel internet. I want my money back within 24hour, after that if i will not get my money back i will put this complain with proof in social media.

I'm Using Aircel Karnataka sim.I don't know why they deduct money from me using session cost for last 3 months aircel deducting money.very poor service i'm not using internet only i'm using wi-fi only then why deducting money from me i'm not subscribed to anything still your deducting money from me.I'm thinking to switch operator if continuous like this...very irritating.My Aircel number is [protected].
