Name : rajender kumar Mob : +91 [protected] I am using aircel mobile sim. Auto deduction of rs 2 due to activation of ndmc 170317 service automatically without my permission. I have never subscribed any service from aircel. This thing happened second time on this mobile number. Till now more than rs 40 has been deducted from my account.
