[Resolved] Aircel — auto renewal of daily sms pack | |
I subscribed the kol2sms pack (Daily pack | 30 local/national sms for 1 day) on 14/1/18 to my aircel number and since then it is getting renewed everyday automatically. I have followed the deactivation procedure by using the ussd string *121*5601# on the 1st day, and since then i am getting the same reply "you are already deactivated for requested service" but each day it continues to deduct my balance. I have faced similar problem in last october, and at that time i communicated with the customer service by phone call and mail. But the problem was not resolved until i lodged a complain here. I m unable to port my mobile no. [protected]. I recently posted at Jaisalmer, no network at remote area. Msg was not sending successful on 1900. No support from regional aircel office at Jodhpur. Resolve the problem at the earliest, please send UPC CODE .
