[Resolved] Aircel — Automatic balance deduction for fun bazaar | |||
In the Aircel number [protected], automatically Rs. 5/- deducted from balance for FUN BAZAR for continuously. Although, it was not subscribed. It was done by the Aircel itself. I have registered complaint on the aircel company also. But still no action has been initiated. After complaining the balance is still deducting. Refund the balance. Look after the matter seriously. Warm Regards, Aircel Social Media Team Verified Support May 09, 2017 Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Dibyendu, We would like to inform you that TECHFB50 (Wallpapers & Animations) service, charges Rs 5, was activated on 6th May’17 after due consent from you. We have a dual consent record from your end in lieu of which the service was activated. You were again charged Rs 5 on 7th May’17 for reactivation of the service. However we have processed refund of Rs 10 and the same will be done within 24hrs. We have deactivated the service online so that you won’t get charged for the same service in future.
