    sir i have been using the aircel for past 5 years.my number is [protected]. i went to aboard by giving the cell to my mum..my validity period over by 3rd july and my grace period also over by 3rd oct.i have got my incoming for all those 90days grace period.so my mum didnt notice to recharge it. on oct 3rd my sim card registration failed.. with out any warning or notice... now i want my number back. but no response from customer care they simply say we cant do any thing...all my family members are using aircel only even i have got 3 number add on for that number.. even i have got an free sim card from aircel for being a long time customer... i am satisfy with aircel till now but now i am not. if i got back that number i will thankful to aircel... if not i have to miss all my past 5 year friend and also i and my family will make choice of airtel or others

          how do i cancel my caller tune???
          Aircell does this fraud.
          I have been robbed thrice off balance from my account.

          they assigned me caller tunes without me asking for it.

          And they blame the customer for doing it.

          Pathetic way of cheating customers and making money.

            pass port — APPLIED FOR PCC (POLICE CLEARENC CERTIFICATE) ON 24 JUN,2008.TILL DATE I DID NOT GET MY PASS PORT.

            I (Dornala Tulasi ram, File number:M016540) had applied for POLICE CLEARENCE CERTIFICATE on 24 th june 2008.But till date i did not get my pass port.they says that your police report not reached from SP Office, Nalgonda.then I consult in SP Office.In The SP Office, they said that we are alrady sent your file to pass port office on 17 july.2008.
            I dont know how many days it will takes.some body says that actual time for PCC is only 7 days.but in my case above 40 days. & more...!
            Sir before i applied for this PCC i visited SUDAN Country on VISIT VISA.Pass Port having a valid visa till date.
            Please give me Justice & Return back my Pass Port ASAP.

                I have taken a pre paid connection 3 weeks back. My pre paid number is [protected]. also I have recharged for unlimited local calls for Rs. 246. But unfortunately i couldn't be able to make a single call since last 3 weeks. I told to the airce customer care number of times for the same problem, also personally met their executive, but they could not give any solution for the same. All the times they are saying "you have to wait for some time". Their customer care service is very poor. They never give any solutions for their customer. I am also requesting people to think before taking a connection from aircel.

                My name is chandrasekaran and my number is [protected] which is under post paid connection and for this hv paid fully by cash in perambur outlet on 14th itself(Receipt No. 28822). But my outgoing call has been barred on saturday and had talk with customer care and they hv released immtly. In the meantime hv rcvd a msg from aircel to pay immtly and within ten min hv rcvd another appology msg also for the wrongly snt earlier for payment. Again my number bas been barred on M'day and it has bn released after talking to the customer care. Again Today (19th aug 2008) also the samething has be happened. I do not know why they are irritating me. Kindly look into this and see to that this should not happen to any other custmer. This will create a bad opinion on the aircel company.

                  I wanted to change from prepaid to post paid in aircel. Once the form was filled and money collected, there was no shift of my connection from pre paid to post paid. I called many times and each person in the customer care is passing the buck. It is frustrating and ridiculous. Such a poor mamangement of a big company!. Dont know what kind of work ethics these people have. It is 4 days now and everyday without the slightest of remorse, these people say that it will be done in the next few hours. Shame on them
                  I took a new aircel connection a month ago especially to speaK to my fiancee, after 15 days i faced a very strange problem , i could NOT call to my fiance number only , to other service providers & other aircel numberS i was able to call them , when i lodged a complaint at customer care they took 30hrs to rectify it , but when i asked what the problem was they couldnt explain things to me , even now i am facing the same problem ,whenever i try their customer care number i never get line , no one responds, the line keeps on ringing , ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
                  aircell thrills setting is not available for nok 5320 pls take note of it and make corrections..

                    I Rajesh Shaw Aircell mobile user having phone no.[protected] got a call from you to start callertune on dated 19/05/2009.At that time i told the caller from aircell that i am not interested about caller tune but he started caller tune without my permission.When i call to customer center to stop the caller tune but he said to stopping the callertune you have to pay for that. My question is that when i didnot allow for caller tune why he started and why should i pay to stop the callertune.

                    The activated caller tune was so boaring that i chang the caller tune but this time the quality of my callertune is very very low quality.
                    The company is not bothering about customer care not the Quality performance.

                        irresponsible.
                        2. If they dont know the answer they will put you waiting and disconnect the call after some mins.
                        3. TL are less trained they dont know english. Worst than associate.
                        4.They dont know english but they will start talk english then it will be tamilish.
                        5.If you call continously differenct assoiciates will give different solutions for the same
                        problem. One will say will take one day. One will say can be done in four hours. and one
                        will say if have any relation with Aircel it can be done imm.TL will say two days.
                        6. they will always give another number put the customer in rounding if you dont know
                        the answer or dont want to do that.

                          I am a Aircel prepaid customer my number is [protected] on my number Dialer tune is activated without any information and charges for 10 days are deducted from my prepaid account balance and on calling to the customer care my call is put on hold and disconnected 3 times.I want to know that how gave them right to activate DT on my number without my permission.
                          You might have attended to any promotional calls or messages unknowingly which has resulted in the activation. In future you can avoid such instances by getting your DND Service activated . Good luck.

                            I requested for GPRS by sending SMS to Aircel. But they send the service is alredy activated. When I called customer care they asked me to go to aircell cell city(Customer care centres)for maniula setings. But cell city in tirupur are bill collection centres and they dont know technical details. Cell city people redirected me to Customer care. I have called morethan 70 times the customer care in the span of 90 days, each time different person are picking up and misleading me. Still it is not activated for me.

                            i have the motorola ZN200 from 5 months.i mean the cell is too slow and hangs frequently.the slider is very bad and loose .because of this there are scratches on all the chrome around.the bluetooth a2dp doesnt even work properly with the cells with a2dp also.the transfers takes so much time, one can sleep for a moment.and spending this much money for the name, i didnt expected this from motorola.very disappointed

                            Vodafone Prepaid — initialization of unwanted schemes

                            Dear Sir/Madam

                            I am a student and have vodaone prepaid. Since last 2 months automatic subscriptions have been made by vodafone to my number due to which each time my balance is reduced to negative.

                            In March: Rs.36 were deducted
                            In April: Rs. 49 are deducted.

                            I lodged two complaints in the customer care center from phone where i was give two complaint numbers at each time of complaint.
                            Still my complaint was unadressed. Then finally i made a written complaint in the prescribed form to vodafone. But still no body took any steps to even look into the matter.

                            Due to lack of time i ignored the matter as my exams are going on. But today again this has happened.

                            So my faith on Vodafone has been strongly shaken that in this company there is no say for any prepaid customer.

                            So i kindly request you to look into the matter and credit my precious balance as soon as possible as today my balance is negative and i am neither able to make any call nor i am able to send any messages from my SMS Card.

                            It is also requested to please look into the complaints from your record which i had made one month back so that i also have a proof of the same which will help me to carry any further proceedings.

                            I will wait for just 48 hours after which i will move to the consumer forum and make the company liable for all the inconveniences caused to me.

                            Aircel — GPRS - reg.

                            I'm using aircel postpaid. Since aircel introduced unlimited gprs service, I thought to try in prepaid. I bought a new prepaid sim and activated gprs. Then I received an sms that the service will be activated within 48 hours. But it took 6 days to activate, only after regular complaints. Then I tried connecting the mobile with PC. But no use. I called gprs cust care but no proper response. After a week's time, one person from gprs cust care told that my phone will not support the service. I use nokia 3120c. I can use the service with Airtel and vodafone. Poor response from cust care. Aircel should concentrate on customer care to deal with the customers in a smooth and quick manner. Or else the company may loose its customers very soon.

                            Aircel probably has the worst customer care ever.I was able to get thru only if i opted for new connection and the reaction was amazing. They are also not aware of how to solve ur problems. Its a Doityourself situation now. I have succeeded in finally setting up everything right for both phone browsing aswell as using the net on computer via bluetooth. The settings never came thru the promised sms!!!

                            After being heard advt of aircel to take unlimited net on rs. 98 only, i purchased a sim for net purpose from kamla nagar, agra aircel office. I requested for GPRS by sending SMS to Aircel. and i saved all the settings. When I went to the same aircel office they misguided me and told me that we have added your complaint. After that I called several times to customer care they asked me to go to aircell office at agra (Customer care centres) to cure the problem. But these people dont know technical details.                             sir this is varun, and the issue of complaint is:

                            1. Aircell automatically activate a Dialer tone on my mobile on 22nd of Jan. without awaring me about this and deduct a rs. 30/- balance from my account.
                            when i complaint about this to the customer care exective they put my complaint in process and said it can b activated by your confirmation and all.
                            2. i call them on 121 alot of times, but they cant solve my query then i said ok u can activate it when i confirm then the tone is not ringing on my mobile.i put a complaint against it which is still under process today is 11th of feburary..how mch time it take to process..n their CCE think we are fool, sometimes they disconnect, nver give me the correct information.

                            plz. take neccessary actions against them.

                                I have applied for a post paid connection on 18th of August and my line was activated on 19th of August. Today by 2.00 P.M my line got disconnected. It’s been almost a week after the number was activated and now suddenly disconnected and when I called up the customer care, I was told that the company was not able to verify my address so it had been disconnected.

                                I have been getting all my communications without fail and It is not difficult to find my residence.

                                I don’t understand your system, you have activated the line even without doing any verification and now after a week after me giving all my contacts my new number and you simply disconnect without any intimation.

                                I am in the field of business development and every call is important to me and this what you have done to me is causing too much o[censored]ncomfort to me and my profession. I need a solid reason for the act and I am taking this to human rights a legal proceedings if your response is unsatisfactory. My mobile number which was given to me was[protected]. I am going back to use my old Vodafone number.

                                I think I did a big mistake in believing your executive who convinced and sold me the card.
                                i am not satisfied with the service of aircel mobile service because i have problem of puk code but aircel customer care will not help me atoll they always said that sir system not working not responding server busy all this type of funny excuse pls tell me what i will do i have problem of this at last 3 week... wht i do pls help me... my no is [protected].

                                  I got my Aircel sim card for 20 paise inbetween three Nos. My Mobile Number is [protected]. Upto April 2009 you have charged 20 paise only inbetween three numbers after which One Rupee will be charged when I call to these numbers. Kindly activate 20 paise scheme at least for two numbers one for my Mobile number and another is [protected]. Regards.

You have also charged at 20 paise to my aircel No.[protected] when I make calls to these numbers upto April 2009 and after that now you have charged at Rs.1/- per call. I do not know the reason.                                     Aircel Prepaid — Connection dis continued & harrasment

                                    I took a aircell mobile pre paid connection from Tirupati Communication, Jessore Road, Nager Bazar in my wife's name. Phone got connected but got disrrupted few days after on the ground that papers are not up to date. Again submitted address proof but two months have passed connection is yet to be revived after a clear balance of Rs100/- or so. We are everyday visiting the dealer making phone calls but to no avail. Aircelll that way is not a very good option and I suggest to all to keep this in mind.
