[Resolved] Aircel — balance cut without reason

Yesterday my main balance had been cut without any reason. They activated any services which i does not how activated and now when i call to 198 they does take my call i tired more than 30 times but they does not pick my phone. My number is [protected]. After 1/2 months they cut down balance without any reason and did not pick my phone. Please see my request.
