Aircel — balance deducted without any notification and port message is not working | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am using Aircel mobile([protected]). I had balance around 308 Rs. But suddenly the balance was removed and now become zero. Also I could not send the PORT message and I am getting error "Aircel 38". I tried to contact customer care but in vain. So please let me know why the balance was deducted and why I can send PORT message to 1900? Was this information helpful? | |||
