[Resolved] Aircel — Balance deduction and unresponsive customer care | |||||
Rs.20 have been deducte from my account on 17 september 2016 around 2 Pm. i have not subscribed to any services and this is not the first time such unauthorized charges are being deducted. i called the customer service and it says ..all our agents are busy please try again later since 7 days. last time one customer care lady told me refund was not possible.but the same refund was initiated by another customer care agent. this shows lack of responsibility of some of the customer care executives. i want my refund..as soon as possible.
