Aircel — balance not recvd after successful recharge | |||
On my no. [protected] on 10.04.2015 I ve received a message from aircel regarding talktime offer ie; 85 talktime on recharge of 65. I ve done it in morng hrs, i ve received 85 rs. I repeated the recharge again in the evening, the recharge was showing successful but no balance received. I called customer care but got no positive response. The TXN no. for the recharge is BHR[protected] .pls look into the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||

Our team contacted you and as you had been already
posted the benefit of first recharge on the other hand you were not
eligible for second offer, hence we credited rs.55 excluding taxes.
