I am sudip naskar, i have done a rs 30 recharge for the prepaid no [protected] on 21.04.2016, (I sent a sms so, amount deducted charges rs 1.00) thats ok, but on 23.04.2015 amount has been deducted, & now current balance is
Rs.5. 59. I can call 198... Phone received, but customer service people not says & put down the phone, or no active any vas service in this mobile no., but i not clear other amount deducted which reason...

We would like to inform you that as per our record, your balance got deducted Rs.14.23 (before balance Rs.66.42 and after balance Rs.52.19) for making outgoing call to this ( sample number:-89069#####, 79797#####, 91790#####) from 4/20/2017 at 2:05:34 PM to 4/22/2017 at 1:39:39 PM, call duration 441 sec, call charge deducted as per 3p/sec "BASE RATE". So charging found correct & you are not eligible for the waiver.
