Hi,
I (Ganesh) using Aircel Postpaid connection for more than 10 years, every month billing they are charging VAS Charges / VAS Sms/mms additionally and hidden charges. There is complete details of the call usage. Before 4 months changed the post paid plan from Aircel Showroom in Mount Road (Spencer Plaza) Rs.350/-, they said Local and STD Charges for free for this plan. Every month billing is minmum of Rs.394/- including tax. This month Rs. 408/-, by seeing the bill they charges the seperate the call charges local and std usage and deducting the from total usage.

Kindly i need the exact billing process.
