My aircel no is [protected] and want to discontinue this number. Your customer care declined to take my request and told me to go to aircel aircel.

Why you cannot take the requested and discontinue service online like other service providers.
Why you want to harass a customer by forcing him to go to aircel Circe physically to simply discontinue the services!!!

We would like to inform you that in order to deactivate your number you need to visit the nearest Aircel store along with valid id and address proof due to account security reasons. Hence, we request you to visit the store to get your connection deactivated.
