[Resolved]  Aircel — blocking of phone number

I have lost my mobile phone.
When i call customer care they asking me stuped questions like when you last recharged your phone (Number), my balance. They have also asked me on whose name sim was issued on which i replied correctly, but they are saying that address that you have provided is not matching, i cant understand why there are saying this because i have said address that was given in voter id card and when i purchased sim card i have given voter id card as address proof. The sim was issued on my mother's name. I have also with me complaint diary of my lost mobile phone. Therefore, i
