We did not opt for any such services. Instead we asked to deactivate the service as soon as we were informed. We received the successful deactivation message as well but still we have been charged.
We informed the customer care also on 30 March 2015, against reference no.[protected] and they asked us to wait for 48 hours. But the problem was not resolved.
This is a serious act by the company. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
Please expedite the process.
