Aircel — can't port my number

Hi my number is [protected].
Iam trying to port this for the past 2 weeks,
No incoming, no outgoing.
Iam getting only service messages. Any recharge done — gets consumed automatically. All number i dial says invalid.
All my recharge money is gone.
Please help i need this number for all my needs, bank, school, office, and all my contacts.
