Aircel — charged for services not availed

I had taken the aircel internet services through a corporate plan in chennai in 2012 and later got it disconnected before leaving chennai due to relocation through the same agent who sold me the plan. I came to know after 4 yrs that the company was still billing me the charges and deducting through my bank account for the services that i never availed in almost 4 yrs and contacted them immediately for the wrongdoing but they kept dillydallying the matter and after a lot of following up simply said that they can' find the cancellation request from my end that i should provide them with cancellation request number without which they can't do anything. I told them that before leaving i had handed over the dongle to their authorized agent and he mentioned that he will take care of the matter but now the company is going back on its word and has fraudulently charged me over rs. 24000/- which is unethical and a big monetary loss for me as i had not even used the services. Please look into this matter urgently.
