[Resolved]  Aircel — Cheating on from postpaid to prepaid

Initially approached aircel velachery store for changing from postpaid to prepaid. I was told that my number was not completed 90days time hence asked me to contact after 90 days. I have again contacted them after 94 days and they said, request has been taken and come after 4 days for document submission. Again I approached them after 4 days i.e. on 24.1.2017 for document submission. They have taken my document and asked me to pay Rs260/- as advance rental for 15days, since I have cleared all dues. They said after 15th day all outgoing and incoming will be stopped for 24 hrs after that call 59059 for verification and activation. Now 20 days over, nothing happened and received a SMS that unbilled amount Rs318.93 till date. I surprised and called customer care and they said goto store and check. Today I am writing this to get reply from the company as why they have charged advance rental and taking so many days to change from postpaid to prepaid. My number [protected]
I feel it is happening for every customer. Careful with Aircel.
