[Resolved] Aircel — Deduction balance without activation | |
Sir, my mob number is [protected] of aircel communication. 20 days back a pack has been activated by aircel Rs 75/- deducted from my account and the same deactivated by me through sms. Amount not returned till date. Now today i.e 21 April 2017 morning 0825 hrs bollywood masti pack activated and Rs 90/- deducted from my account I m trying to call them but they did not connect the phone with custmer care several times I tried but did not connect, last time also same thing happened. I m an army employee how can we accept this type of nonsense. And this thing very bad that not connected to custumer care to tell our problems. The computer always says our all executives are busy with other calls if they are busy, then why cant they call back to custmer when they are free. They will call only when they want to forcefully apply some packages to custmers... Please do favour sir/madam. Lodge complaint against this nonsense. Was this information helpful? | |

Thanks and Regards Aircel Social Media Team Verified Support May 05, 2017 Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Customer (Bujji0622), As discussed over telephonic conversation on 25th Apr’17, we would like to inform you that as per system validation, it was found that an amount of Rs.170 (75 + 5 + 90) was deducted from your Aircel mobile number [protected] on 28th Mar & 21st Apr’17 for GOMGPF75 (Games), FSD (FULL SONG DOWNLOAD) and ZEENBMM90 (Bollywood Masti) services, which is an auto renewal content & charging was done after getting confirmation from your end. However, we have processed for the refund of Rs.170 as goodwill gesture against your number. We would like you to know that Rs.90 have already been credited to your account on 21st Apr’17 at 19:08 and rest Rs.80 shall also be credited to your main account balance within next 24 to 48hrs. We request you to kindly ignore any website or web link which is chargeable to stop this type of charging. We would also like to inform you that we have forwarded your Aircel mobile number [protected] for blacklisting from any kind of promotional alerts/links; hence you will not receive any SMS/links related to promotional value added services.
