My mobile no is [protected] I have subscribed Rs 8 for std calling but amount deducted 17:91 for 10 min std amount deducted Rs 11:61 for 6 min calling customer care always he say call after 2 hrs my ndtwork busy please solve my problem

My mobile no is [protected] aircel sim, I have activated fully blocked DND but I receive 8 to 10 false call daily I want to connect with customer care no 198 but found always busy please closed the false call

my mobile no [protected] of aircel operator, i have activated fully block DND yet company called many times at least 30 times daily for tele marketing i want to contact customer care but it is always busy plese closed the all false call
